Media entrepreneur, journalist, storyteller and host of the viral show #WithChude, Chude Jideonwo, will return as a faculty member of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG), Nigeria, to teach a session on “Framing the Campaign Strategy and Communication” for the school’s 2026 cohort. The class, scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2026, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm WAT, will be delivered virtually via Zoom and will bring together more than 300 SPPG students between the ages of 30 and 61. Jideonwo’s continued invitation reflects the value of his experience in media, communications and public storytelling to students preparing to navigate the complex relationship between politics, campaigns and public influence.
The session, RPO 602-1: Framing the Campaign Strategy and Communication, is designed to help students understand how an effective campaign communications strategy can maximise opportunities to inform, inspire and motivate supporters, particularly through the media. The three-hour engagement will also include a faculty summary and closing session, giving participants the opportunity to interrogate the principles and strategies discussed and consider how they can be applied to real campaign environments.
Jideonwo brings to the classroom more than two decades of experience building media platforms, shaping public conversations and working at the intersection of storytelling, communications and culture. As the founder of Joy, Inc., Chair of Fourthmainland Funds and host of #WithChude, his work has consistently explored the power of narrative and communication in shaping how people understand themselves, institutions and society. His return to SPPG as a faculty member continues a relationship built around sharing practical knowledge with emerging leaders, particularly around the strategic use of communication to build influence, connect with audiences and drive meaningful public engagement.
