Media entrepreneur, journalist, and host of one of Africa’s most watched talk shows, Chude Jideonwo, is set to speak at Founders Rant X, one of Africa’s leading founder-focused experiences, on Friday, August 28, 2026, at Alliance Française, Ikoyi, Lagos. Jideonwo will lead a one-hour session on “The Future of Leadership,” beginning at 9:30am, bringing his experience across media, entrepreneurship, storytelling and leadership to a room of approximately 130 founders, CEOs, startup operators, investors, professionals, builders and ecosystem stakeholders.
Founders Rant X is designed to create space for honest and practical conversations about what it takes to build and sustain businesses, bringing together leaders to discuss entrepreneurship, growth, fundraising, scaling, failure and the lessons that emerge from building in real time. The event has previously featured leaders including Paul Onwuanibe, CEO of Landmark Group, and Katharina Link, CEO of Pulse Africa, and this year’s gathering will also feature Bayo Adedeji, GCEO of Wakanow/Wave Beach; Tochukwu “Dr. Foy” MacFoy, Founder of Energize Central; Dr. Joachim Adenusi, CEO of Peerless; and Biodun Stephen, Founder/Creative Director of Shutterspeed Projects.
Jideonwo’s session will explore the changing demands of leadership and what it means to build with relevance, vision and staying power in an increasingly complex world. His participation reflects the broader spirit of Founders Rant X: creating room for leaders to have important conversations that go beyond conventional business success to examine the people, values and decisions that ultimately shape enduring institutions.
