Chude Jideonwo, founder of the benefit corporation building happier, flourishing young Africans, Joy, Inc. spoke on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, with leaders and staff at the Lagos office of the Population Council.
Speaking on the theme ‘Accepting reality’, Chude buttressed the importance of joy and resilience.
The Population Council conducts research and programs in more than 50 countries, to address critical health and development issues, allowing couples to plan their families and chart their futures. With a headquarter based in New York, and a global network of offices across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, their work help people avoid HIV infection, access life-saving HIV-care services, empower girls to protect themselves and have a say in their own lives, while giving voice and visibility to the world’s most vulnerable people.
