On this episode of #WithChude, Betty Irabor the CEO of Genevieve magazine, looks back at her life and talks about the threads of worry, fear, and insecurity that brought her to this point in her life and her experience with the dogged voice saying “you are not enough” – the same that follows some of us for most of our lives.

Though she is this highly and incredibly accomplished person, she was brutally honest and incredibly vulnerable in her interview with Chude.

“I just felt the need to go there and say my story. Opening up, I felt vulnerable – it was the daily vulnerable. I felt vulnerable, I felt naked, but then I felt a huge weight had been lifted off of me” she says while sharing her journey with becoming vulnerable on #WithChude.

Speaking on her suicidal attempt she says “I have been through it and I know that you are not a coward for taking your life. At that particular time you are not thinking”.
