May 20, 2026 Dorcas

Media entrepreneur, storyteller, and host of #WithChude, Chude Jideonwo, will host a special screening and conversation around mental health at the premiere of À Têtes Plongeantes, a documentary event scheduled to hold on June 7, 2026, at Alliance Française de Lagos, Mike Adenuga Centre, Ikoyi.

The evening will feature a documentary screening, panel session, and cocktail gathering focused on mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing through the lens of sports, storytelling, and lived experiences. Co-produced by Wale Gbadamosi-Oyekanmi, the project brings together influential voices from sports and mental health advocacy, including former Super Eagles star Victor Ikpeba, former Super Falcons captain Desire Oparanozie, and mental health expert Ebun Collins, for a timely conversation on vulnerability, resilience, and healing.

Known for shaping some of Africa’s most important human-centered conversations through #WithChude and his Amazon bestselling memoir “How Depression Saved My Life”, Jideonwo’s role as host reflects his continued commitment to normalising conversations around emotional health and personal transformation. His presence at the event will deepen the evening’s reflective tone, guiding audiences through a meaningful dialogue on the intersection of mental wellbeing, public life, and the courage to speak openly about human struggles.
