Media entrepreneur, and host of the viral talk show #WithChude, Chude Jideonwo is set to bring his signature storytelling and thought-provoking conversations to Entertainment Week Africa (EWA) 2026, taking place in Lagos from November 17 to 22, 2026. Known for creating spaces where influential voices share candid stories about their journeys, work and the experiences that shape them, Chude will record a special on-site edition of WithChude as part of the festival’s programming.
This year’s Entertainment Week Africa is centred on the theme “Closing the Gap,” bringing together creators, founders, investors, cultural entrepreneurs, executives and policymakers to examine the systems, capital, partnerships and infrastructure needed to transform Africa’s creative energy into sustainable global businesses. Against this backdrop, WithChude’s participation creates an opportunity to explore the people and ideas shaping the continent’s creative economy through the platform’s distinctive focus on human stories, culture, ambition and impact.
With a dedicated recording space and production support at the festival, WithChude will engage voices from across Africa’s creative ecosystem while connecting its audience to the wider conversations taking place at EWA 2026. Following the success of last year’s edition, which welcomed more than 28,000 attendees from eight countries and generated over 800 million digital impressions, this year’s gathering provides a significant platform for conversations around the future of African creativity, with #WithChude placing the stories behind that future at the heart of the conversation.
