Media entrepreneur, storyteller, host of #WithChude, Founder of Joy, Inc., Chair of Fourth Mainland, and Amazon bestselling author of ‘How Depression Saved My Life’, Chude Jideonwo will headline a fireside chat at the Student Entrepreneurship Programme (SEP) 6.0, organised by the Management Students’ Association (MSA), University of Lagos. Returning to his alma mater, Jideonwo will engage students in a candid conversation on entrepreneurship, leadership, and building businesses that stand the test of time.
Scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026, at the J.F. Ade. Ajayi Auditorium, University of Lagos, the annual conference will convene more than 2,500 students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and young innovators for a day of practical learning and industry engagement. The fireside conversation, themed “From Campus Hustle to Structured Enterprise: Building a Long-Term Business Strategy,” will explore the transition from small beginnings to building enduring enterprises, equipping participants with the mindset, systems, and strategic thinking required for sustainable success.
Drawing from his experience building RED into one of Africa’s foremost media and communications companies and establishing Joy, Inc. as a leading human development platform, Jideonwo will share lessons on purpose-driven entrepreneurship, resilience, and long-term value creation. His conversation is expected to challenge participants to think beyond short-term wins, embrace intentional leadership, and build ventures that create lasting impact. His return to the University of Lagos also reflects his enduring commitment to investing in the next generation of founders, innovators, and change-makers.
